When sending your image, please keep the following in mind:
It is best to send us the original image or scan in a printed copy.
It is best if the image includes only the person or can easily be cropped to have the person's head and shoulders.
It is also best if the clothing is a solid color. We will try our best to match this color. If a pattern or print is on the clothing, black and white will be used to recreate the photo.
If you would like an image or logo in the corners like the example, please be sure to send that as well. This is generally something that was near to the deceased's heart such as a sport or hobby.
We will email you after receiving your order to communicate further details about sending the image to us. Please allow a week for us to then email you a proof of the product. Once the product is approved, please allow a two week turnaround before shipping.
